Mont Ventoux is an iconic mountain, known throughout the world, especially thanks to its epic bike trails and the incredible scenery on offer. Famously known as the Giant of Provence, Mont Ventoux stands at 1910m tall, making it visible from far and wide, since there is no peak this high for 50 km around. Throughout the UTMV, always keep an eye on Mont Ventoux; like a totem, you will see it from all sides and all directions, staying with you until the finish. Runners finish the race by ascending Mont Ventoux, the holy grail, allowing them to admire the 360° view of the landscape and see the entire route, before using a final dose of adrenaline to reach the finish line.
