Take part in the Portes Ouvertes, a sensory experience to be savoured between wine tasting, food and wine pairing events, local products: honey, truffles, cheese... On-site catering, Sunday lunchtime only by reservation before 1/12

Boucherie Reynaud: Pâtés, sausages, etc.
Roger Dunal: Foie gras, cassoulet
Varie Équilibre: Pata Negra charcuterie
Le Comptoir du Fromage: Jura and Savoy cheeses, goat's cheese, etc.
Le Rucher du Marais: Organic honeys (lavender, chestnut, flowers, etc.)
Le Bonheur est dans le Pot: jams
Odin's Spirit: Calvados, apple liqueur, Normandy pommeau
Bio'n Truffe: Culinary preparations with certified organic black truffles (oil, vinaigrette, etc.)
Papilles en Fleurs: Saffron, black garlic and edible flowers: nasturtium, calendula, cornflower....
Sunday lunch menu (reservation required by 1/12 / price: 39€) :
. Home-made foie gras with fig jam
. Veal fillet with chanterelle mushroom sauce and bouquet from the garden
. Cabecou with truffle jelly
. Christmas cabbage
. Wine at discretion and coffee.
