Heart of Being Workshop - Pilates & Plus

In Eastern philosophy...Energy is Life. It circulates in our bodies through the chakras (energy wheels or vortexes) linked by a system of vibratory channels (nadis).

Energy flows through us at all times. This energy has many qualities and manifests itself through our body, our emotions, our health, ....

Kristel offers 7 workshops (corresponding to each of the 7 chakras), on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm, with Pilates exercises, relaxation with singing bowls and gong, breathing practices, free dance and chakra dance, a tantric energetic approach around the chakras... to develop JOY!

At each workshop, a specific chakra will receive special attention, to discover its different energetic potentials.

4th Chakra : I LOVE

5th Chakra : I TALK

6th Chakra : I SEE

7th Chakra : I KNOW

These workshops are for anyone who wants to :
