MTB no.62 - Le Pont-Julien

Not to be missed: the ruins of the old Château de Murs on the opposite bank of the Calavon, the beautiful Château de Roquefure (private property which cannot be visited) and the famous Julien Bridge with its stone Roman arches, built in the year 3 BC.

Route Variation – Short: if necessary, the route can be shortened when the path re-joins the véloroute for the second time.

Route Variation – Long: during the return journey to Roquefure, the route can be extended by taking the ''Grand Tour du Pays d'Apt - GPS'' (not signposted, available only on GPS), to Roussillon, Gargas and Apt.

Caution: Beware of the livestock guardian dogs in the vicinity of the Le Ménage farm (2.5km)
