Théâtre du Rempart was created during the 2000 Avignon Festival and has always been a special theatre for contemporary authors, and living authors, and original creations by companies. Théâtre du Rempart puts on performances of theatre, dance, music, shows for young audiences, and the the great improvisation match with the Lair Ligue Avignonnaise d'Improvisation du Rempart. There are also cooking classes on Mondays with the greatest chefs in Avignon.
