Pilates & Plus

The PILATES method provides strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and well-being. It is suitable for all those who want to work in a gentle yet effective way to strengthen all muscles (especially abs, pelvic floor and back). Concentration, coordination of breathing, effort and relaxation, all help to improve body awareness.
Postural gymnastics is both energizing and de-stressing. Exercises are performed on a mat, with or without equipment (balls, rollers, circles), and aim to strengthen and soften the body as a whole in a harmonious way.
Regular practice of this method is recognized for its benefits, including postural rebalancing.

SOUND MASSAGE WITH SINGING BOWLS AND GONG:
This is a vibratory treatment that has relaxing effects and brings about deep physical and mental relaxation.
Singing bowls can induce an almost immediate meditative state. The sound of the bowls is a vibration that penetrates deep into the body, regenerating the body's cells, releasing tension, stress and physical pain, harmonizing the chakras...
The sound of the gong allows you to feel a powerful vibration running through the depths of your being. The variety of sounds emitted by the gong is multiple and unique.
A sound massage with singing bowls and gong is a magnificent gift to yourself, allowing you to travel within yourself.
