The Bremond family were leading traders in almonds, spices, olive oils and truffles, they were also candy-makers, and in 1830 the family set up its candy-making business on the legendary Cour Mirabeau in Aix-en Provence. The address quickly became the place to be and people came from far and wide to sample the confiseries and other fine foods they sold.
The Maison Brémond bring the treasures of Provence and the Mediterranean region, their work continually emphasizes their watchword: respect traditions and savoir-faire to provide the best there is. Olive oils, tapenades, truffles, balsamic, salt and pepper... products that come from France and Italy. The products sold by Maison Bremond reflect territorial identities and very often bear the IGP, AOP and AB certifications.
