1/ CHEZ CACHOU or the unexpected birth of an organic farm.
A young farmer since 2014, I'm committed to farming that respects the seasons and our environment.
Starting out on fallow land, I was able to apply for Organic Agriculture certification as soon as I set up.
The farm was entirely created, with the gradual installation of cold tunnels, improvement of soil quality through regular soil amendments, learning about the specificities and needs of each crop...
2/ CHEZ CACHOU or respect for people and the planet.
The work on the farm is carried out with a constant concern for the preservation of each and every one of us, but also with respect for Pacha Mama, our nourishing mother planet.
Crop rotation to limit diseases and pests, green manure planting on "resting" plots, partial planting of hedges to prevent soil erosion during violent winds, surface tillage to avoid destroying the microbial life essential for good harvests.
The products we sell are harvested daily, and their freshness is guaranteed, so you can enjoy them to the full.
3/CHEZ CACHOU or the richness of new encounters
The work I do on a daily basis is rewarded by the friendly exchanges I have with customers when they buy from me, and by their recognition of the quality of my products.
Our meetings at the shack or at the markets are opportunities to share recipes and exchange views on each other's ideologies, always with the utmost respect for each other.
The best advertising comes from the same customers, so don't hesitate to come and share these moments of cordial understanding and rediscover good products.
