Tourist service in Morières-lès-Avignon :Since 1920, the biscuit factory has been producing high-quality, traditional products as well as a wide variety of Provençal biscuits such as: macaroons, aniseed biscuits, shortbread, navettes and a range of sweets and chocolates including the famous 'Papaline d’Avignon' (small spiky globes made from 2 thin shells of chocolate containing oregano liqueur, produced from 60 different plants from the Ventoux region and surrounding countryside), only available in Vaucluse.
Discover what happens behind the scenes of this factory, and find out about the traditional methods used. You’ll learn about the different jobs, including the production, cooking and packaging of biscuits (all year round) and chocolate-making (at Christmas and Easter).
