Marvelous Provençal cuisine combining truffles, olive oil and all organic products from ouro region. The menu changes every 3 weeks and reflects the season's offerings. In winter, the truffle season, you can enjoy truffles on toasted bread, chickpeas with truffles, purée of lentils from Sault.
Le Gajuléa restaurant is located in the lovely village of Le Barroux at the base of the Giant of Provence. Here you will find marvelous Provençal cuisine. Truffle menu in January and February. Open for diner from Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday at lunchtime, Sunday evening in July and August.
Closed on Sunday evening and Monday.
