In fine weather, diners can eat on the restaurant terrace, located in a small quiet road, providing a lovely, intimate setting.Specialities include our renowned Pays de Sault lamb and spelt, as well as fresh tagliatelle. A variety of different dishes are offered every day, infused with the flavours of Provence, plus numerous desserts, including Lavender flavour desserts.During the hunting season, game such as venison and hare is also available.Sault is a small, lush green village, certainly worthy of a visit.
