One of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s iconic restaurants, La Mère Germaine reopens its doors after a complete renovation. Passionate about gastronomy, the new owner, Isabelle Strasser, has taken on two young chefs, Camille Lacome and Agathe Richou.
Head chef Camille Lacome trained and honed her culinary skills alongside top chefs like Philippe Labbé at La Tour d’Argent in Paris and Christophe Roure at 9ème Art in Lyon.
