A unique natural cave in Provence - embark on a journey through time to discover a surprising underground world.
The only natural cave in Provence - discovered in 1902 by quarry workers, the Thouzon cave remains intact thanks to immediate development. You will walk through a fossil river bed of an underground river which previously dug this tunnel out. A magical insight to the mineral world where the work of water has left its mark. You can see different types of crystallisation including stalactites, stalagmites, draperies and pools.
Minerals shop, refreshment area, ice creams, picnic areas and large, free shaded parking. The temperature of the cave is 13°C.
