A great idea that turned into a Museum! It was back in 1996 that the HARIBO Bonbon Museum opened its doors for the first time, happy to draw in a few curious bonbon aficianados who were interested in learning about the history of the famous HARIBO candies. Since then, the museum has become a must-see for a fun visit for all ages.
Come on in and see where the name HARIBO comes from, learn about the brand and the family saga of its creation and growth. Learn about sweets, sugar and the origin of candy-making, Travel back in time thanks to the old advertising posters illustrated by well-known artists of the time, through the old-fashioned candy boxes, testimony to the changing trends in packaging. Enter the world of candy-making by seeing all the different steps directly inspired by the industrial world. And to top off your visit, the machine room and bagging machines brings everyone together for a sweet and tangy finish!
After visiting the museum and tasting, the fascinating Haribo boutique awaits you, a dizzying array of the great classics and all the new creations ... stock up if you like!
