Activity in Suzette :
Throughout the day, the winemaker will answer all those questions that you have never dared ask about wine: the fermentation, maturation, tasting, equipment, vinification, etc.
You will learn how to recognise the different grape varieties (there are seven on the estate), then you will cut the grapes, taste the fruits to determine when they were harvested, participate in the pressing process and taste the pressed juice of the different grape varieties. Ultimately, you will discover the secret to a great vintage! The morning will end with a harvest meal (starter – main course – desert – wine – coffee).
