The vineyard has a rich history, created over 700 years ago by the Avignon popes, who established the first vines in Chateauneuf-du-Pape and used their grapes to make wine. Today, the vineyard is world famous and its land, composed of 13 grape varieties and 4 different soil types, allows for complex and unique blends, making a wine tasting here an unforgettable experience.
