A walk, a picnic, a cooking class, and a culinary tasting... Treat yourself to a journey through Provençal flavours!
Take a fresh approach to nature, and let it bring out the creative cook slumbering inside you.
Go for a nature ramble at the foot of Mont Ventoux and learn how to pick and cook wild plants and flowers.
From April to October in the Toulourenc Valley, intrepid chefs Jacqueline and Odile - Les Aventurières du Goût - will lead you on nature outings to track down edible flowers and plants.
Accompanying you on a gentle walk in the surroundings of the charming village of Brantes, Jacqueline shares her knowledge about what nature can bring to gastronomy.
The ingredients you gather are then used in the cookery class held in the heart of the village, with recipes curated by Odile to learn how to use them in healthy, tasty dishes.
At the end of the workshop, participants enjoy a shared meal/tasting of the dishes, and you go home with recipes and tips from the chef.
These workshops take place every Thursday at 4 pm and every Saturday at 10 am on reservation.
