Provençal cooking classes offered by Xavier Mathieu, the Chef of Phébus & Spa. The workshop lasts 2 to 3 hours, during which you will participate in the preparation and demonstration of the recipes. Open to clients from the hotel and the general public. Dates on request.
The cooking class takes place over half a day. Six dishes will be made for each chosen theme. A gourmet meal with an aperitif, wine, mineral water and coffee, concludes the workshop.
The number of participants is minimum 5 and maximum 35 people.
During the meal, a wine waiter will take part to provide a better understanding of the wines.
