Edouard Loubet takes his inspiration from the nature that surrounds him - the hills of the Luberon, his vegetable garden or the gardens of local producers.

Loubet's philosophy on the earth is found in his cuisine that can be shared with you in a day-long workshop - Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (excluding July - August)
