On the programme:
The Chef will first take you on a visit to a typical Provençal market, where you can explore all the richness of local produce and learn to spot its different qualities. Together, you will choose fresh, seasonal ingredients for your dishes.
Back in La Cuisine de Valentine, you’ll cook lunch with the Chef, who will pass on tips on making a tasty gastronomic meal, Provençal-style. From the art of cooking the different ingredients to seasoning, all the way to serving the final dish, you’ll have everything you need to recreate your menu at home and delight your guests.
Once the meal is ready, all you need do is enjoy it, without moderation and with total delectation! Guy always accompanies the meal with a tasting of great Châteauneuf-du-Pape vintages to help you enjoy and understand the best food and wine matches.
