Every year since 1994, "La Mirande" has welcomed the biggest chefs of the region to its cooking classes. A gourmet journey awaits you with seasonal produce from Provence and flavours from elsewhere.
Cookery classes are held in the mansion's old kitchens using the old 19th-century wood stove. Food lovers of all ages will enjoy these fun workshops where the skills and secrets of cooking are taught in a place that is rich in history.
Séverine Sagnet, Jeff Mouroux, Pascal Barnouin, Marc Fontaine, Jean-Jacques Prévôt, Guilhem Sevin and many other chefs share the preparation of gourmet dishes with you including the black truffle in winter, chocolate at Easter, Mediterranean dishes, Italian dishes, and more!
Aprons, utensils and recipes are provided and the lessons end with a meal accompanied by wines chosen by our sommelier. You will also have the chance to invite one or several people of your choice to join for the lunch or dinner that you will have prepared themselves!
