Every morning in a unique atmosphere in the heart of the Halles d'Avignon, the chef offers cookery classes or demonstrations upon reservation.
"Cours de cuisine" (cookery class) option:
Meet at Les Halles in the morning to look around the market, taste, and choose produce for the menu. The preparation will then commence and finish with lunch.
Lunch, water, wine, and coffee are included in the price of the cookery class.
"Démonstration Culinaire" (cookery demonstration) option:
Meet at Les Halles for a tour and tastings. The chef will take you to their kitchen for demonstrations of preparations that you can taste with a glass of wine.
The price of lunch is not included.
The restaurant Centr'Halles is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday. It is recommended that you reserve a table especially during the Festival d'Avignon in July.
The whole space can be booked privately for groups from Tuesday to Sunday.
