This organic family farm, located on the slopes of Mont Ventoux at 750 metres above sea level, specialises in medicinal and aromatic plants. Tours, walks and lavender-themed workshops available. Open all year round, October to April, Monday to Saturday, 10am - midday/2-6pm. May to September, everyday, 10 am - 7 pm.
The Liardet family grows "true" lavender, lavandin, common sage, rosemary, helichrysum and many other plants that you'll find along the two marked footpaths, bordering the fields. The distillery, which is open to the public, distills its own plants on site, producing essential oils, floral waters, and dried plants. It's a beautiful, fun-filled trip that stimulates all the senses.
During the harvest, you can help with the distillation of the plants (which are dried first of all) then placed in three stills that are operational most of the year.
Visit the Lavandoscope, devoted to lavender, and the plantothèque outside, where you can enjoy and learn about Mediterranean plants.
The distillery is also the starting point for two marked circuits so you can explore the countryside and plants, bordering the footpaths, at your leisure.
