The "Comptoir des Douceurs" by Silvain - Farmers and Nougat Makers

The Silvain family are farmers and nougat makers who make nougat from the products they grow, such as the almond trees on their famr, and the lavender honey from the 200 behives they have near Mont Ventoux and the Luberon hills. Discover their gorgeous "Nougalettes".<br />You can tour the production plant at no charge, advance booking requested. There is a slide show on the Maison Silvain and on their production. <br />Open from February to December. Closed on Mondays from February to late May.
