In 2016, Guillem and Corinne Sevin took the fate of La Maison Christian Etienne into their hands. Their wish was to retain the soul of a magical place, charged with history, and enrich it with a new different and blended identity.
The restaurant is located in a magnificent 12th-century residence, with a decor that combines old and new, overlooking the Place du Palais des Papes, with a superb terrace. The dining room is decorated with 14th-century frescoes.
