The menu is rewritten every month, depending on availability of local, seasonal produce. Chef's own foie gras; Chef's own gravlax; Tiramisu or home-made fruit tart.

The restaurant is located in the centre of the historic city of Avignon, just a stone’s throw from the Théâtre d'Avignon, between the Palais des Papes and the famous Pont St Bénézet bridge. The menu varies, depending on the availability of seasonal produce, and Richard Corre – the chef’s -personal preferences, resulting in an explosion of flavours from "Turf and Surf." A must!You can meet chef, Richard Corre, during a cookery workshop at the Petite Cuisine des Halles.
