L'Oulo is a 'Maître Restaurateur' ranked restaurant, a title that guarantees freshly-prepared cuisine. Vegetables are sourced from a local Mazan farmer and the menu changes with the seasons: game in winter, velvety soups in autumn and fresh salads in spring and summer. Plus our “surprise” menus which are inspired by your personal preferences. We make and bake our own bread.
Richard Bagnol and Frédéric Maillaud, disciples of Auguste Escoffier (an international association that helps promote and develop the art of cooking) serve original, innovative cuisine that is delicious and full of flavour, based on fresh, high quality, seasonal produce. Lots of parking, a shady terrace and original decor with wine bottles used to form dividing screens.
Closed on Wednesdays, Saturday lunch time and Sunday evening in winter.
