L’Erable is a west facing house, with stunning views, and a private enclosed courtyard, located in a group of 4 houses. There is a magnificent fenced-in shared pool (16m x 6m) with panoramic views over the rolling hills and a lovely peaceful environment. The village is 1 km away.
The house includes:

-fitted kitchen (with laundry room at rear),

Bathroom,
2 bedrooms, with one double bed (160x200), and 2 single beds (90cm).
Bed linen can be hired for 10€ per bed,
Compulsory final clean: 50€.
Heating out of season: 20€ per week
Holiday tax in addition at 1.50€ per person per day. (+ 13 years)
Reversible air conditioning.
Cot, high chair and baby bath available on request.
