Culinary demonstrations at Les Halles market place in september AVIGNON

In the cooking demonstration space at Les Halles marketplace, local chefs demonstrate their talents and prepare a recipe in front of the public, using products from Les Halles, followed by a tasting.

On the agenda of September :

- 2/09, chef C. Denaux, Ô Trusquin, Pierrelatte : Emulsion de ratte, féra en feuille de figue, ortie du Dioïque.

- 9/09, chef R. Mayen, Le Diapason, Avignon : Suprême de volaille fermière en croûte d'herbes, aubergines et petit épeautre bio du Vaucluse.

- 16/09, chef T. Piedoie, L'Oranger, Boulbon : Couscous de fin d'été aux poires caramélisées.

- 23/09 : Celebration of Gastronomy. The chefs of the National Academy of Cuisine, delegation Vaucluse, will offer the public a tasting of their specialty with wine and food pairings.

- 30/09, chef D. Demazure, L'Atelier de Damien, Cabrières d'Avignon : Terrine de joue de boeuf.
