The Garden of the Château de Bourgane

The grounds are reminiscent of an 18th century bastide, with lovely lanes lines with boxwood and trees. This kind of garden is unique in the northern part of the Luberon.
Free entrance. Open every week-end from 11am to 6pm (approximately) and also on the Heritage days.
The Château de Bourgane and its gardens have been created for Ripert de Monclar family in the XVIIIth century.In the park, you will find groves in an enclosed garden, with boxwood square, pools and pavillons. As for the trees, you will see poplars, hackberries, horse chestnuts and oak trees. The hydraulic system was designed for fountains. Visitors can explore the gardens, orchard and vegetable garden.
